No. As long as we have access to the yard (gate code, unlocked latch, or someone home to let us in), you don't have to be there. We text you when we're done.
We're dog people. Most dogs we meet are friendly. If yours is anxious or not great with strangers, just let us know on the quote form — we can either schedule visits when they're inside, or work around them in the yard. We've never had an incident.

If we miss your scheduled day for any reason (weather, illness, scheduling), the next visit is free. We've missed maybe 4 visits in 3 years, so it's a rare conversation.

Yes. Apartment complexes, HOAs, dog parks, dog daycares, and property management — we have separate commercial rates and can do recurring service for properties of any size. Use the quote form and tell us a bit about the property.
We bag it during the visit and haul it off-property. It's disposed of at proper waste facilities — pet waste is a pollutant (not a fertilizer, despite what people say), so it's important it doesn't end up in storm drains or landfills without proper handling.
